The two Lilys are the only monsters with this exact stat line in Rush (so unless they get more support in the future this is already very limiting. Good news is that Animal Doctor Lily implies we will eventually get Lilys of various Types.

Ok, Injection Fairy Lily getting her own Deck in Rush Duels wasn’t on my Bingo card: taking the “EARTH monster with 400 ATK and 1500 DEF” trick for her support.
Lily’s Injection Needle is curious as it has a somewhat unique Effect for Rush Duels (which had only been seen with Dark Matter Buffer Zone: changing the Requirement of a Monster)
Lily’s Injection Needle is a godsend for those that would run her in their decks. Reducing IF Lily’s 2000 LP cost to a measly 100 LP? I can see them running 3 Injection Needles even if they just make it an engine instead of a full deck based around her.

The art for Fairy’s Injection looks like it’s from the Anime. Maybe Pyramid of Light.
And somehow that guy who played her was able to attack on the first turn.
