Such a weird card, it really is just a side-deck card throughout. The only way you can maximize this is if you play the mirror or Type change beam, and pray the levels are the same.

It could be used in whatever remains of Imaginary Actor decks, but those are mainly level 9s, so that’s pointless.

I guess in the dragon mirror it’s good, but you would only play it for the 1500 debuff, since you can usually already attack twice.

Overall this card feels like something you only play in the side deck, because you wanna be prepped for that mirror match.

This is an anime reference card to Luke and Phantom Luke’s duel in Episode 27. The requirement and effect are slightly modified from Miragias, which Luke uses to defeat Phantom Luke.
Keep in mind the second effect is optional. Debuffing any of your opponents big monsters by 1500 ATK for the simple cost of just 1 monster in hand is really good, especially when monsters make up most of deckbuilding anyway. The second effect is likely only going to be used in mirror matches, but when it does come up it is still an amazing side deck option.
Also the final card in this pack so we are done here and Konami can finally move on to Red Reboot now.
