The reason why the requirement of this card is quite steep, is due to infinite resource loops that are happening in Rush Duel in the past, even in the meta itself.
Yeah and the Deck it’s intended for is getting in trouble for resource loops.
That’s right. Konami is not a big fan of the infinite loops that occur in Rush Duels: they are usually those types of cards that go directly to Rush’s Banlist as a priority over other problematic cards (although hey, those infinite loops were Meta too)
In any case, this Monster is generic despite being a Spellcaster and the only Deck that can take advantage of it now is DARK Spell Decks, but this Monster is just waiting for another Deck that can abuse being a full Spell Cards Deck.
Yet another Spell recycler yet much harder to use
