nice card but Im not sure if it will see as play as shiny shady. But anyway it is an excellent counter against deck with high attack monsters that cant be destroyed, like the praim boss monster
Unless they limit Shiny Shady in the future, the only advantage this Trap Card has over Shiny Shady is that it can affect Normal Monsters.
That’s right, one of Shiny Shady’s weaknesses is Normal Monsters Decks. If Rush’s Elemental HERO becomes popular, I can see Shiny Shady losing some presence (but I don’t think this new Trap Card will replace Shiny Shady)
Looks like “gambling on your luck” kind of card. It might get abused, as usual. Used correctly, it will be a card that can annoy people, so… Time will tell if this is good or not.
Ah yes, Trap’s Staples and Psychic Monsters. A very iconic duo in Rush Duels (Romin would like to have good Trap Cards for his Deck)
Either way, I feel like Intentional Draw would have been better if it had come out earlier when Rush’s Harpie, Maximum Decks or Secret Investigator were dominating the Meta (since this Trap Card seems like a decent Counter against those Decks)
However, it is more balanced compared to the last two Trap Card’s Staples.

always good to see some generic battle traps. not quite sure what the Trap card meta for the current game is like, but this would be amazing in Duel Links rush.
with how many maximum decks there are making your opp go -3 on their next draw and wipe their field is handy.
Trap meta right now is Shiny shady for interruption, Nobody scat thief for card draw and stalling, and Sunset rebirth for protection. Maximums have also faded out of the meta outside of a couple rogue decks and technically Yggdrago (its not the best but Space Yggdrago support tends to also support the maximums so…).
Returning a fusion to the ED is still pretty good so if they limit Shiny shady it’d serve as a good replacement.

What’s with those foiled traps they release every so often?
Every set since Oblivion of the Flash’s rebranding has a powerful generic Trap with an Over Rush print and usually with a female character in the artwork.
Nobody Scat Thief, Excutie Riding!, Star Salvation Shield, Invitation to a Delirious Dream, Sunset Rebirth, and Shiny Shady are among the others. Some of these ended up being meta too.
