Note: This card appears to be a ‘fusion’ of Thestalos and Caius.

“Monarch stats” are “2400 or more ATK and 1000 DEF” based on support, so…
Hmm weird, I thought the Level 8 has to also be tribute summon too to gain the additional effect.
