I believe this one is based on Trakodon, a level 3 Normal Monster. It’s blue with green accents and green eyes. Not only that, it’s a Link-3, compared to level 3.
I don’t think so because trakadon is earth. This one is likely based on new card.

this is prolly not going to be worth the effort to summon in Dino or Transcendosaurus decks.
There’s probably something you can do to guarantee a draw with scrap as an engine. Due to the link arrows not working when it’s in the EMZ, but leaves the field by any means, even as material to draw I feel is interesting.

This really sucks balls like the effects are not even worth it and NO LINK ARROWS POINTING DOWNWARD?? bruh
When you revive it with its 3rd effect, it goes into the main monster zone. But yeah, that does mean it really only has the first effect when link summoned.
So no Ritual Transcendosaurus?
I think the card is decent. If the effects were not a hard once per turn it’d be better, but then it’d probably be banned faster than Firewall Dragon was, so…
Scrap Wyvern points down and this points up. When it comes back from GY it’s in the main monster zones. It activates if a card is sent, not destroyed.
It can point to a jurraegg token, but being Link-3 this is really hard to justify going into. Link-2 probably, not Link-3. You’re just giving up an actual interruption from a Borreload or Evolzar XYZ at that point.
