There he is! Oh no, I can no longer complain about lack of time bomber in ritual stuff posts. Now you just need a way to reduce the level of this, winged dragon, and DM for the authentic black chaos ritual experience.
Bomber Juggler seems to be based on Jigen Bakudan combined with Pegasus. Jigen Bakudan’s OCG name is Time Bomber, and they share the same Attribute and reversed ATK/DEF and a similar burn effect. Bomber’s Level and Type are modified to be a bit more compatible with the Ritual support in Rush.
The goal here is to send Ceremonial Sorcerer/Knight or MoBC to the GY to revive them later with Explorer of the Temple or Mature Dark Magician, respectively. As a Level 3, you are then meant to use Juggler as Ritual material, or alternatively to Tribute Juggler (alongside Explorer or Mature) to Tribute Summon a higher Level monster that can be used as Ritual material in its place.
But to me Juggler looks more like Thanos even if unintentionally.
