Luna’s New Support! Yay! Hoping for follow-up cards

      • J. D. Guy on November 21, 2024 9:36 am

What’s especially cool about these cards is how superbly well they’ve been future-proofed for follow-up support, both regarding the remainder of Manga!Luna’s cards and any game-original Anime-adjacent Anime!Luna support we’ll eventually get.

    2. N on November 21, 2024 2:33 am

Seems like an interesting gimmick centered around a specifically named Field Spell. They have surprising draw power but not much else.

      • MystikX on November 21, 2024 3:12 am

To be fair, that’s kinda what Luna’s deck in the manga was all about. Making them LIGHT Beasts also helps to synergize with her anime stuff too, like Regulus and the like.

    3. aaa1e2r3 on November 21, 2024 2:39 am

This actually has some decent synergy with Krishnerd + Multi-Universe

Ancient fairy dragon support, ow baby this is going to be good.

It good to see Luna getting some support, hope some more comes .

If she gets a boss dragon meaning an evolution then I think they’ve definitely cooked well

OMG will duels turn into story books? A new start, the battle rages and the story ends field cards? What if the monsters evolved with each field as well and not just the field?

    8. thebaseddd2 on November 21, 2024 6:09 am

Not “Forest” support but I’ll take cards that mention “Fairy Tale Prologue: Journey’s Dawn.” It’s just awkward to not get all the chapter released at once. That’s OK, I’ve waited years, I can wait another one. I’ve called for LIGHT Beast support ever since the Ancient Fair Dragon errata, sorry Sunny Pixie and uhh, plant tuners that you traded Crystal Rose Spirit to Aki for. ” or 8 Dragon” – Preparing the people for the LV 8 FAIRY DRAGON WE ARE SO BACK.

I can use Wonko and Prologue in Seraphs

finally plz release all of this archtype

    11. Fumetsusozo on November 21, 2024 8:15 am

Hopefully we see Luna’s deck get a upgraded form for Ancient Fair Dragon later sometime also!

    12. 999 on November 21, 2024 8:15 am

Come konami we’ve been asking for that Ancient Fairy Retrain so long, Luna is the only Signer who doesn’t have an evolution of its dragon.
Give Us “Ancient Fairy Dragon Queen”

      • ScionStorm on November 21, 2024 11:51 am

Life Stream hasn’t had an evolution yet either.

      • unknownpotato on November 21, 2024 3:31 pm

@ScionStorm Life Stream was the evolution of Power Tool….

      • ScionStorm on November 21, 2024 7:59 pm

Power Tool is a sealed version of Life Stream. Life Stream is its regular form, not an evolution.

      • Leon on November 21, 2024 11:39 pm

Its a card evolution, you are thinking in literal terms when everyone else refers to “evolution” in yugioh to when a card exists to reference a previous weaker version

    13. Tyr on November 21, 2024 9:30 am

      it’s been 13 years… ( T_T)

    14. GG on November 21, 2024 10:00 am

Right now it’s eh. Maybe once there more I might have my opinion changed about them.

      • Leon on November 21, 2024 11:42 pm

Its already miles better than the original versions to be honest, the manga effects are straight up just a tiny phrase of card text that can only do literally one simple thing

At least the field spell switching gimmick already was cool in the manga, Luna has other 3 fields left to announced

    15. Eric West on November 21, 2024 11:45 am

THEY BUFFED IT WAY MORE THAN I EXPECTED!! I hope they print the other chapters but HOLYYYYY

    16. Logic Bomb on November 21, 2024 2:03 pm

      Are these Luna’s monsters?

      • Leon on November 21, 2024 11:43 pm

Her fairy tale journey archetype from the manga

    17. Gaku on November 21, 2024 8:08 pm

Broken support for Ninja standards omg

      • Cal on November 23, 2024 8:03 am

I love that Ninja and Archfiend are just the most scattered random Legacy archetypes in the game

    18. Solus on November 21, 2024 11:05 pm

Uh. Does Wonko’s (2) mean “If there’s a Field Spell, your other monsters can’t be attacked”, or “If there’s no Field Spell, Wonko can’t be attacked”? The translation is very ambiguous.

      • Amrit Lohia on November 24, 2024 1:21 am

The first of those – if there’s a Field Spell, your opponent can’t attack anything except Wonko.

    19. GG on November 24, 2024 12:10 pm

The field will be used in tempi.

    20. Zezz on November 27, 2024 9:34 am

NGL they feel kinda ass. If you wanna combo with them you need either the lvl 4 or the fieldspell, and a hard drawn of the lvl 3.

A two card combo of cards that are pretty much unsearchable and that uses your normal summon to just draw 1-2 and make AFD doesn’t really sound that good.
