Normal Spell Card
You can only activate a card with this card’s name per turn.
(1) Activate 1 of these effects.
– For the rest of this turn, if an “Elemental HERO” monster you control attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent.
– Target cards your opponent controls, up to the number of “Elemental HERO” monsters you control; destroy them.
– Take 1 “Elemental HERO” monster from your GY, and if you do, either add it to your hand or Special Summon it.
– For the rest of this turn, “Elemental HERO” monsters you control can attack your opponent directly.

and thats perfectely fine, and bro below “why” is another one of those trolls that wants everything to be tier 0 op next meta broken, when its just a remake of an anime card that only had the ability to atk directly, it gave it 3 more effects to finish HERO to choose from, what more do you want?

The classic case of the Remake not being better than the Original.
In fact, I think the individual cards this Spell Card is based on (especially E – Emergency Call) are better than this Spell Card.
How is it not better than the original from the anime. You need to remove all HERO pieces just to get one effect to attack directly? This gives you the other 3 HERO options. Also it’s 2025 lol so they have modern standards incorporated into the card unlike the original which was designed in GX era for that time format and pacing of the game where direct attacking by itself was so broken you needed all HERO pieces to be used and removed from GY just to gain that effect for a turn.
Honestly, I’m gonna disagree on this being worse than most of its components, with the exception of E since that’s . . . I was about to say ‘absent’ but no, it’s there, just kinda mushed together with O’s effect. Ew. I’ll admit it fails with E. But in failing at E it’s managed to make its play on O’s effect better, interestingly!
That being said, even if its take on E’s effect leaves much to be desired when compared to Elemental HERO RotA, not only are the remaining component effects all improved (H’s loses the ATK gain but works on more than just the one monster’s attack, R’s can destroy monsters as well as backrow (though it targets now, sadly), O doesn’t target anymore and can work on more than Normal Monsters AND as mentioned has E’s add-to-hand bolted onto it as an option, and Flash loses its summon but allows ALL your Elemental HEROes to swing directly instead of only Normal Monsters), but there’s also value gained in this card being any of these at once, meaning you only need to draw into the one card to have the option of whichever of them suits your needs at the time! Sure, that’s likely going to be the R or O effects more often than not, but that it’s even packing those together in one card is pretty decent value anyways, I’d say.
All in all, a marked improvement on its original components bar one, which has its overall value improved by BEING multiple of them shoved together into one card, I’d say.

Not every card has to be tier 0 op good broken next meta, its ok for cards not be the best. This is just a retrain/remake of an anime card that needed all 4 pieces of HERO to be used, removed just to gain ATK directly which was pretty broken for that era of time. This now lets you pick any of the 3 additional HERO effects instead of just the ATK directly one so it’s a pretty faithful remake that is remastered with modern day 2025 standards giving you more options to use. I certainely will find a lot of use of this card by putting it in my anime hero deck for anime character duels.

Facts
Searching Elemental HERO Spells/Traps would be broken as Hell. One of the most annoying archetypes of all time. HERO (Destiny, Elemental, Evil, you name it) has the largest library of cards. Support one is support for all. Konami is probably like “No searcher because their archetype is broken enough”. W Konami.
Actually, Konami is like “No searcher because it’s an anime deck so people will buy it anyway”.
Feels like Konami just dislikes the original E. Hero portion of the “Hero” family or something, hence how lacking the support for “E. Hero” is overall (numerically and effect-wise) compared to the other Hero archetypes, even Neos. Even stuff for “Hero” in general is used far more with the other archetypes than Elemental.
This card could be quite a bit better while still not being broken.
Da hell are you on about. Are we gonna pretend Vision heros BARELY get any love, there’s barely any Xtra HEROs, or how evil heros had a 4-5 year time gap between their 1st wave in legendary duelists to their 2nd wave in Supreme Darkness????

Would have had a higher chance to be playable if it worked with all hero archtypes or at least more than just elemental. Couldve also made it a quickplay.

We never got G, E, M or GEM Burst. And a handful of other decent anime support for CB. We could have when the Structure Deck came out but instead 7 spots in Animation Chronicles were given to Advance Crystal Beasts instead. We did get a single CB anime card at the end of that year in Premium Pack taking a spot that could have gone to a manga card.
Why pierce when you can attack directly?

If it wouldn’t be lethal maybe you’d want to attack blockers that turn instead?

Maybe if the opponent’s re-Set a Drowning Mirror Force, or you know they have Battle Fader in-hand?

If you can make multiple attacks but only on monsters, perhaps. I know Wildedge exists.
This card is so odd why include it here unless the GX remaster reached this episode by now or will during the set’s release.

It’s literally a 2025 remake/retrain of the anime card Hero Flash which made you use all 4 pieces of HERO and then banish all of them for just the ATK directly effect which was broken in GX era standards. Now its modernized in 2025 allow you to pick any of the 4 effects of HERO instead of just the attack directly one like the anime, its a faithful remake what more do you want? Surely you dont want every single card to be tier 0 op broken next meta emergency banlist cards right?
there’s a very clear inbetween between a HOPT version of the bad H-E-R-O cards bundled into one (not even one effect per turn) and Ame no Habakiri no Mitsurugi and you know it full well

This is unplayably bad because it’s an unsearchable spell that doesn’t do anything worthwhile, only 2 of the effects are good and they both need setup, and one of them is useless going first.
I’m pretty sure the deck doesn’t even play 3 copies of E-Emergency Call (the only good one), why the heck would they play this amalgamation that doesn’t even have E’s effect? Apparently, it isn’t searchable, but I can’t imagine hero players would play it even if it were. I get it, though. Konami is contractually obligated to make 25 Hero cards per year, so they just phone it in.
For the anime decks and its a nice reference to the anime/lore. I know I am playing it in my anime character deck and I appreciate the card.

feels more like a 2 of then anything. People saying it’s only for Elemental HERO is rather wrong as it has the potential to not only add Stratos back to hand but also Special Summon it as well as having the ability to search and Special Summon Shadow Mist and those two go to other HERO routes.
People are just being silly overlooking things again…

This comment thread is depressing. Just people crying & whining that this card doesn’t bring E HEROs to Tier 0 when it’s a card that guarantees you 2-3 pops or can recur Liquid Soldier/Neos from the GY. Acting like this is worse than the Original which required FOUR OTHER very specific Spell Cards be played that duel in order to be useful.
Sigh. Never change, this society. When an actual decent card is treated like the worst card to be printed in the game, when there’s way worse useless garbage out there.
