● Draw 1 card from the Deck (“Elemental HERO Avian”)
● Normal Summon “Elemental HERO Avain” in Defense Position from the hand.
● Set “Draining Shield” from the hand

HIKOKUBO MEMO

“Draining Shield” is a card meant to help play up Chronos. I would like to use “Mirror Force” but I feel it might be a bit of a stretch for Judai to use the same card as Yugi.

TURN 02 >>> CHRONOS
Chronos LP: 4000 / Judai LP: 4000
● Draw 1 card from the Deck (“Statue of the Wicked”)
● Pay 1000 LP to activate “Confiscation”. Choose “Monster Reborn” from the opponent’s hand and send it to the GY.
Chronos LP: 4000 => 3000
● Set “Statue of the Wicked” from the hand.
● Set “Statue of the Wicked” from the hand.
● Activate “Heavy Storm” from the hand. Destroy all Spell/Traps on the field.
● Set “Statue of the Wicked” from the hand. Activate the effects of the 2 “Statue of the Wicked” that were destroyed by “Heavy Storm” and sent to the GY. Special Summon 2 “Wicked Token”.
● Normal Summon “Ancient Gear Golem” by Tributing 2 “Wicked Token”
● “Ancient Gear Golem” attacks “Elemental HERO Avian” and destroys it by battle, then the effect of “Ancient Gear Golem” inflicts 2000 damage.

HIKOKUBO MEMO

“Confiscation” lets Chronos discard the most useful card in Judai’s hand. Looking at Judai’s hand, Chronos snickers, “Hehe, this is a dropout’s Deck”. Chronos using a combo of bringing forth Tokens with the effect of “Statue of the Wicked” while disabling Judai’s Trap at the same time should sell him as an Expert Duelist. Maybe there should be commentary from the spectators (Manjome, etc.) saying “Clever” and so such?

● Normal Summon “Winged Kuriboh” from the hand in Defense Position.
● Set “Hero Signal” from the hand.

TURN 04 >>> CHRONOS
Chronos LP: 3000 / Judai LP: 2000
● Draw 1 card from the Deck (“Emergency Provisions”)
● “Ancient Gear Golem” attacks “Winged Kuriboh” and destroys it by battle.
● Activate the efect of “Winged Kuriboh” that was destroyed by battle. Judai takes no battle damage for the rest of this turn.
● When “Winged Kuriboh” is destroyed, activate the Set “Hero Signal” on the field. Special Summon “Elemental HERO Burstinatrix”.

TURN 05 >>> JUDAI
Chronos LP: 3000 / Judai LP: 2000
● Draw 1 card from the Deck (“Skyscraper”)
● Activate “The Warrior Returning Alive”. Choose “Elemental HERO Avian” in the GY.
● Normal Summon “Elemental HERO Avian” from the hand.
● Activate “Polymerization” from the hand. Fusion Summon “Elemental HERO Flame Wingma” using “Elemental HERO Avian” and “Elemental HERO Burstinatrix” on the field.
● Activate “Skyscraper” from the hand.
● “Elemental HERO Flame Wingman” attacks “Ancient Gear Golem”. During damage calculation, the effect of “Skyscraper” makes “Elemental HERO Flame Wingman” gain 1000 ATK
“Elemental HERO Flame Wingman” ATK: 2100 => 3100
● “Elemental HERO Flame Wingman” destroys “Ancient Gear Golem” by battle and inflicts 100 damage
Chronos LP: 3000 => 2900
When “Ancient Gear Golem” is destroyed, the effect of “Elemental HERO Flame Wingman” on the field activates its effect. Inflict 3000 Damage to Chronos.

HIKOKUBO MEMO

When “Skyscraper” is activated, a mass of buildings appears with a GOGOGOGOGO. “Ancient Gear Golem” will of course be surronded by all these buildings.
(Maybe go with the sort of Skyscrapers you’d see in American Comics rather than real life Skyscraper)
Judai: “Now, the stage is set! Go, “Flame Wingman”! Attack “Ancient Gear Golem”!!”
Notably, “Flame Wingman” should be on top of a building and then kick off the walls of the Skyscrapers. And then be above of “Ancient Gear Golem”.
Chronos: “Impossible!”
Judai: “A Hero always wins! Thanks to the effect of “Skyscraper”, the Field Spell lets an “Elemental HERO” that battles a monster with higher ATK than it, it gains 1000 ATK!”
Chronos: “Th-that’s…!”
Judai: “Eat this, Flame Shoot”
“Flame Wingman” kicks and pierces through “Ancient Gear Golem”.
Chronos: “My “Ancient Gear Golem”… … was beaten by a dropout!?”
Judai: “The effect of “Flame Wingman” inflicts damage to ya equal to the monster it destroyed, Teach!”
“Ancient Gear Golem” buckles and collapses on top of Chronos. Chronos: “UWAAAAAAAAHH!!”
