This is a standard Roaming Duelist event. Dueling in any Duel World increases the chances of Jack appearing in 5D’s World.
There are event missions available to obtain some of his drop cards. The featured reward is “Multiple Piece Golem”. Other rewards include “Flare Resonator”, “Lancer Archfiend” and “Descending Lost Star”.
On an unrelated note, there is a survey about the KC Cup available, which gives 50 Gems upon completion.
