I’m sorry, but has the person who designed this card never seen a butterfly?! Because that’s a Dragonfly or a Tombo in Japanese.
It’s likely a joke.
This monster may be based on a specific type of dragonfly found in East Asia, named after butterflies due to how they flutter. They appear in the wild during late summer and early autumn, and as we have seen with the monster based on obon in the same set, Konami is not above making timely related cards.
