      Very good card BUUUUT is not useful in chaos version:D(Feel like hyper achi in phoenix pack, amazing card, but useless in new version)
      But is not so useless, is good to have one more way to summon oblivion to the field and make 2 mst of chaos fusion
      But idk, 1 copy? In last version he is better, in chaos version is +/-

        It’s somewhat useful in Chaos Galaxy. In the event you don’t draw into Secret Order, Pulsar can Special Summon Oblivion from hand or GY, which is important because Chaos Galaxy Fusion needs you to use 2 Level 7+ Galaxy monsters on the field as material.
        Thanks to Pulsar and Order reviving Oblivion from the GY, you can more easily send Oblivion from hand to GY for Coolstars, or optionally Coolstars can be brought out alongside Pulsar once you revive the Oblivion, and Coolstars can be used to bring out Requiem with a single monster.
        Finally, Pulsar can meet the requirements of some of the other Chaos Galaxy monsters in the hand or the GY if you dead draw into it. Coolstars pitches it to draw one, and the others place it on the bottom of the Deck over the more useful monsters you want to keep in the GY. Especially if Darkness Dwarf pitches Pulsar for this.

      Silver Red Pulsar is… okay. Secret Order essentially summons any Level 7 vanilla for free without even needing a Level 7 or higher on the opponent’s field, and it grants that vanilla a temporary ATK boost and Trap destruction protection. In that aspect Order is superior.

      Pulsar only has 2 single advantages over Order – it summons Oblivion while being a body on the field for Tribute to Fusion plays (Requiem or a Level 7-8 Galaxy) OR for Darkness Dwarf, and in the GY it is a LIGHT Galaxy for the requirements of the Chaos monsters. But since Chaos Galaxy Fusion can also summon Darkness Oblivion without even summoning the monsters on the field, the interaction with Pulsar and Dwarf is only useful for Doom Giant and going into Craisis or Armor Nova.
