Well, after cooking a bit in a sim, this is the easiest way I made this card without cheating that I can find (in a Blue-Eyes deck)
1. Need 2 lv 8 Blue-Eyes + Ringowurm, the Dragon Guarding the Golden Apple on the field
2. Synchro summon Dis Pater, activate Ringowurm gy effect to summon a token
3. Activate Dis Pater to summon the banished Ringowurm
4. Synchro the other Blue-Eyes into Ultimate Spirit
to Blastmole299: You can’t summon Blue-Eyes Spirit Ultimate Dragon that way, it requires 1 non-tuner “blue-eyes” monster, Dis Pater isn’t a “Blue-Eyes” monster.
Neo Kaiser Sea Horse effect lowers its own level by 1 then him + any other blue eyes tuner that are all level 1 and a blue eyes.
This is way better than I expected it to be. Nice to see DM decks can get actually good support, and this is only the first 4 cards.

These are pretty bad, not garbage but far from competitive relevance.
Summoning the lvl 12 synchro with Blue eyes spirit dragon is bad because it’s easy to play around it and his negate doesn’t remove the body (I like this part tho but it’s weaker).
The Prayer discards for absolutely no reason, and the Saga has no business being one effect per turn and only once that turn.
The new maiden is by far the best new card but it rely on you playing the true light which is as meh as eternal soul.

However…. How does this affect Red-Eyes and its Hidden Potential A.K.A Konami doesn’t know what to do with the Deck’s strategy?
Hmm, you cheat out the big synchro using the OG spirit dragon after you use the negate, then summon back the spirit dragon in the end phase when Ultimate Spirit is destroyed. Maiden of white is amazing, probably the best starter in the entire deck. Both spells are amazing, Prayers can get you chain resonator and Saga, summon BE with Saga, reborn maiden, equip BE with ultimate to help set up an ultimate fusion then synch into Spirit then normal chain SS soul add lotus into the usual line. If you have any way to banish something from your grave you can go for the full RDA combo with crimson resonator instead. There aren’t that many good lvl1 light tuners aside from Chain, Veiler, and Sage. The only thing we need is an actual good card that is always treated as the OG Blue-eyes. Really good support, and we still have 4 more cards if I remember correctly.
So is this supposed to be the Structure Deck Revival for the year? It’s that so we will be get the Atlantean structure deck next year.
Actually it could just be the Yugioh anime structure deck for the year since it says SD47 and not SR15. It so are we still getting one this year?
This is not a Structure Deck R.
Ordinarily we would get 1 SDR and 1-2 SDs annually, but the Quarter Century promotion took over the first third of this year so now we only have a single SD. An Atlantean trademark (along with Dragons Collide) was found a few years back and it may pertain to that being the next SDR.
SD47 is not the next SR. It’s just the second time Blue-Eyes is getting an SD in the main SD series. Hopefully the Atlantean remake deck will take the December deck release slot this year. And then a remake of Invincible Fortress hopefully next year.
Finally BE gets playable support, although I’m not that big of a fan that Ultimate Spirit Dragon has to be cheated out with regular Spirit Dragon. However, I do like the synergy where once its destroyed by Spirit Dragon’s effect you can summon back Spirit Dragon. Let’s hope the last 4 cards can help push Blue-Eyes to a good status.

Zexal is the only series to not have a structure deck based on a rival from the series. I’d like if they went round and did boss villains next. They already did Phantom Beasts (Kagemaru) for GX and a proto- Zarc deck for Arc-V. A Pegasus deck and Rex Goodwin deck would be nice.

I had a similar thought about ZEXAL not getting a rival structure deck like its predecessors did; more specifically, one revolving around Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon. However, I shortly realized that with the recently-released Tachyon supports indirectly bolstering our photon boi, it makes me question if we would really need such a structure deck in the first place. Even if we did, what kind of support would we want for Galaxy-Eyes Photon as well as the Xyz monsters that would use it?
I hope we get a Frightfur and @Ignister structure deck.

I hope not. Blue-Eyes shouldn’t have got a second one in the first place. That’s what the Structure Deck R series is for. I’d rather have themes that haven’t already been Structure Decks to become SD than repeating the same thing over and over.

You’d still need a Chaos/BLS monster + Ultimate Fusion but I’m sure people who actually play Blue eyes can figure a combo out for that (if only the deck wasn’t so expensive IRL AND in MD)

Not bad, even if pretty predictable they would go back to the Synchro Blue-Eyes direction with this. The intention is to Synchro Spirit dragon then cheat out Ultimate with Spirit Dragon on your opp’s turn. If Ultimate is still there in the end phase and Spirit’s effect pops it then Ultimate can resummon Spirit (or summon any Light dragon if you want).
