Chaos Emperor Dragon – Envoy of the End has been announced as the new annual subscription card for Shonen JUMP. In the announcement, we can see that its text has been revised to match its updated OCG text from 3 years ago, which allowed it to escape the Forbidden status.
Once again, what the text update does is limit you to only being able to activate this card’s effect and no other effects during the turn, and to only inflict damage by the number of cards that end up in the opponent’s GY.
