【REQUIREMENT】 Send 1 face-up Spell Card on your field to the GY.
【EFFECT】 Choose Level 5 LIGHT Galaxy monsters in your GY up to [The number of cards in your opponent’s Spell & Trap Zone] and add them to the hand.

【EFFECT】 Choose 1 face-up Level 7 or higher monster on your opponent’s field and reduce its Level by 1 to 3, then, you can choose 1 Galaxy Normal Monster on your field. If you chose, during this turn, that monster can make attacks on monsters twice.
