Note: 夢痛刃塔 is literally Dream Pain Blade Tower, but the name is a play on Mutsuba, the ruling family of Mutsuba Town. And thus is untranslatable

【REQUIREMENT】 Can be used if you control a face-up Wyrm monster when your opponent Normal or Special Summons a Level 7 or higher monster face-up.
【EFFECT】 Your opponent chooses another Spell/Trap Card you control and destroy it. If that card is a Spell Card, both players draw until there are 5 cards in their hand. If that card is a Trap Card, inflict 1000 damage to your opponent.
