Normal Trap Card
【REQUIREMENT】 When a face-up Galaxy monster on your field is destroyed by your opponent’s attack or your opponent’s effect.
【EFFECT】 Send the top 3 cards of your Deck to the GY, then you can choose 1 DARK Galax monster among them and Special Summon it to your field in Attack Position, but it cannot be destroyed by battle for the rest of the turn.

Equip Spell Card
【REQUIREMENT】 Equip to 1 LIGHT Fairy monster with an effect that rolls a six-sided die on your field.
【EFFECT】 When this card is equipped, roll a six-sided die. If the equipped monster is a Fusion Monster, then roll another six-sided die. The equipped monster gains 100 ATK x [The total result].
ダイスキー・ブースター Dice Key Booster
Equip Spell Card
【REQUIREMENT】 If you there isn’t another face-up “Dice Key Booster” on your field and there is a LIGHT Fairy monster(s) in your GY, you can Equip this card to 1 face-up LIGHT Fairy monster on your field.
【EFFECT】 If the equipped monster rolls a six-sided die, you can change the result to be 3 more but only such that the final result is 6 or less.
コインテック・パワーユニット Cointech Power Unit
Normal Trap Card
【REQUIREMENT】 When a monster declares an attack.
【EFFECT】 Flip a coin. If heads, the attacking monster gains 1000 ATK until the end of the turn. If tails, the attacking monster loses 1000 ATK until the end of the turn. If there is a Level 7 EARTH Machine monster in your GY, then you can choose 1 card in your hand and send it to the GY. If you do, after being activated, this card is not sent to the GY, and Set it instead.

With the way Cointech Power Unit is worded, this confirms Scrap-iron Scarecrow could come to Rush Duel maybe as LEGEND.
So basically you can say this was “The Luck Factor” (Coin and Dice) vs “The Brute Force” (LIGHT and DARK Galaxy)
Also, Dice finally has a way to alter the outcome of the Dice without cheating.
So now we have a Scrap-Iron Scarecrow-like card.

I have a feeling one or a few of these cards may be printed at some point. They don’t seem overtly complex or situational unlike the other anime onlys.
Hakuno(n)’s gambling feels strong here (who gets the reference, great)
Dice Key Booster would have been great if it was a Normal Spell Card rather than an Equip Spell (I say this because Decks that have Monsters that allow recycling Equip Spells are almost non-existent in Rush Duels)
Fate/Extra I assume, do the two characters share the same VA or something?
Celeb Rose, Chemical, Harpies, and Dinosaur have monsters with recycling, and their Equip Spells are some of the best in the game.
Magnets is another, but Magnet Twin Saber is just a so-so card.
