That light monster has to be a mistranslation. There’s no way it’s specifically searches polymerization and nothing else.
Not the first time this archetype supports Polymerization and not the last.
I think you glazed over that going second it’s a 1 card rank 5. Or you don’t care if it is which is also possible.
They are afraid of making cyber dragons meta. That’s why. Cyber Dark Wurm should be a light machine so you can use Cyber emergency to search for it.

@Cydrarocks34 if you can name me one light cyberdark card let me know, i think rather than complaining about it not being searchable from that card maybe consider they are staying in theme of the subarchetype this is actually really fun support
@Snow um yes it does, unless you’re arguing semantics because Cyber Emergency technically gives you the option to either search for a LIGHT machine monster that cannot be normal summoned or set, or to search for a “cyber dragon” monster”.
Regardless, there’s already 2 cards that can search Cyberdark Wurm, namely Cyberdark Realm and Cybernetic Horizon. I also agree that it’d be weird to want Cyberdark Wurm to be a LIGHT monster when Cyberdarks are always DARK monsters.

Would love retrains for X-Head Cannon, Y-Dragon Head, Z-Metal Tank, V-Tiger Jet, W-Wing Catapult,
A-Assault Core, B-Buster Drake, C-Crush Wyvern, Armored Cybern, attachment cybern, Cyber Eltanin, cyber esper, Cyber Kirin, Cyber Larva, Cyber Phoenix, Cyber Pharos, Cyberdark Chimera, gold gadget, silver gadget, cyber versions of mechina defense perimeter and mechina armored unit. So they are all light machines and work in a cyber dragon deck. gold gadget, silver gadget, actually is pretty good in a cyber dragon deck because they can be used as shields and work great with limiter removal. Image fusions of the alphabet machines with cyber dragon and or the cybers = cyber verbrannte Erde dragon. ( verbrannte Erde is German for scorched Earth)

Of course they are. Cybernetic Horizon is one of Cyber-Style’s strongest support cards, helping to set up for the Summon of the theme’s bosses. They absolutely expect you to be running that card, and in 3s.

So I’m guess since we’re getting new Cyber Dragon support in this pack then that means we ain’t getting the Revival version of the Cyber Dragon structure deck. So that means Konami decided to skipped the Atlanteans and Cyber Dragon structure decks for some reason.
And since Lightsworn already got new support in Legacy of Destruction that means the new structure deck has to be Geargia Rampage.
Glad they got Main Deck stuff and not more Extra Deck bosses.
These cards seem pretty good offhand. Love Jormungandr’s design. However Wurm’s design is not great… barely even looks like a proper Cyberdark monster IMO.

Cyberdark Wurm is insanely strong and what the deck needed to actually synergize with Cybernetic Horizon. Basically, you now send any Light CyDra plus Wurm for Horizon to search for example Core, summon it (or anything else to have a “Cyber” on field), send Herz from deck to activate Wurm for a free body and another “Cyber” spell/trap and then you can add back with Herz what you sent to activate Horizon.
Wake me up when there’s “Cyber” Warrior support.
Is foolish burial and sorch on one card going to be new trend of cards that do anything and everything, including mowing your lawn? Thinking about the trial decks, I had an epiphany: Cyber Dragon has been retconned as deck build pack deck. Cool, cool, Cyber Dragon found a way to disgust me beyond just ruining the game.

If I had to say something nice the 1st one actually supports og cyber dragon so there’s that. I didn’t read the new wight stuff but if they don’t provide an incentive to use og wight then I don’t care.
We still don’t have a consistent way to make Infinity and search Overflow first turn. Konami why ;-;
5/10 support for Cyber Dragon (too many bricky cards also lol og poly) and 3.5/10 “support” for Cyberdark (it just adds Infinity access once while fixing 0 problems the deck has). Immensely disappointed.

Disappointed that there’s no Cyber Dragon Synchro.
I’ve always preferred the Cyberdark variants and both of these are good boons for the deck. Once these and the Luca stuff drops in Edo I might actually start learning the game again

Konami has been trolling Cyber dragon players. First thet give us a crappy power Bond searcher, then they give us a power Bond searcher that requires a spell or trap discard, then they give us a clockwork night searcher that requires a continuous spell, and now they give us a monster that searches polymerization instead of a fusiin spell we actually use
And they made an in arctype galaxy soldier, then made it once per duel. Cant wait to not change my build at all
