[EFFECT] Draw 1 card, then, you can choose up to 1 card your opponent controls and destroy it, but during this turn, monsters you control cannot attack, except Omega Psychic or Psychic monsters.

Mmmmm. They are really pushing “Esperade the Smashing Superstar” a lot despite it being one of Romin’s worst Boss Monsters and having one of the most uncomfortable Effects to use.
Either way, Psychic at least now has a way to reliably remove any walls or obstacles that are present in the Opponent’s field.
Hopefully that will be indicative for an Omega Psychic-type Fusion Monster to come for “Esperade the Smashing Superstar”.
Prior to getting Can:D, Esperade the Smashing Superstar was Romin’s secondary ace/boss. That why they’re “pushing” Esperade.
These cards are clearly made for Duel Links, especially when combined with certain Skills.
This better be a UR if it comes to Duel Links.
