I remember Tomozaurus being a lot more bloody.

Wow, these are…meh af. Holy crap, who came up with these?

  • July 14, 2023 at 2:30 pm

Every single one of these would’ve been mediocre even for 2003 standards. Only the fusion would’ve been used but only as a target for Magical Scientist due to its ATK. Like come on, Konami, pack filler should never be such a waste of ink and cardboard, think on the environment at least…

Lol, I mean for the Synchro, you literally wouldn’t be able to bring it out because Tuners and Synchros didn’t exist in 2003!

I know, my point is that these effects would be weak and ignored even when the game was in diapers. If the Synchro was made before 2008 it’d be even worse cause then it would’ve been a Main Deck card or a Fusion with awkward materials.

Not terribly important, but I love that the art of “Synchro Forceback” shows Jet Warrior equipped with Armory Arm!

    • July 14, 2023 at 8:00 pm

      Yes that is so dope!

Synchro Forceback’s Amazing Dragonesque effect is the best of the bunch and it is technically searchable, i don’t know if the deck would be consistent enough to do so tho.

The fusion and lvl 10 seem alright at least

The concept behind Zuttomozaurus meaning “friends forever” in contrast to its effect is conical! “Here, take him instead of me!”

It’s a retrained Tomozaurus in which the effect matches the flavor text.

I just realized Storagepod’s 2 effects each have synergy with its canon materials. Still should’ve been treated also as a dinosaur on the field/gy. Blade dragon is to have something in-set that grubs off signer dragon support.

That Synchro Force back, the art is dope. It’s Jet Warrior with Armory Arm equipped. And that effect tho.

  • July 15, 2023 at 12:24 am

Synchro Forceback looked like a photoshop edit of both the armory arm and jet warrior.

    • July 15, 2023 at 12:43 am

      It probably is lol

Storagepod is such a waste of an insanely cool artwork for such a bad bad card. If it didn’t require triforetrops or stegocyber maybe it could be used in umoptimal dino decks, transendrakes love lv 6 dinos but it’s so bad. It actually wouldve been better as a non effect monster as to be a ready fusion target in dinos as an extra body. That’s how bad it is.
