March 1st to March 31st, will using the current Pendulum era rule set known in Japan as Master Rule 3.
April 1st to April 30th will be using the new Shin Master Rule (The VRAINS/Link Summon era rules).
Top ranking participants at this event will get a WC2017 mat featuring the four main Dragons from ARC-V, with their Dimension Box alternate art.
