Ok, so I initially thought Animagica was just a run-of-the-mill Beast Deck with nothing special or outstanding about it.
Until I noticed two details.
– Animagica Double Saber’s Effect.
– The fact that many cards ask you to work with changing Levels of your Monsters and your Opponent’s Monsters.
Animagica Double Saber’s Effect is basically unique by Rush Duel standards: it basically prevents the activation of several Trap Cards that are Staples in Rush Duels (like Shiny Shady)
On the other hand, we have the Monsters whose Effects change Levels: this not only gives extra Protection against some of your Monsters, but it also incentivizes you to play your cards right to get better results.
Animagica had more cards than I thought. I like how they are designed around their original boss monster. Leader can revive the weaker monsters, and the archetype bypasses her lingering effect with Continuous Effects and Equip Spells that raise their own Levels. Shooter can be included in any LIGHT heavy Deck, and the Continuous Effect monsters provide on field boosts and protection to Beast pile.
I think we are near the point where we will get more news on the two Structure Decks set to release in March. As far as Galactica of Eternity is concerned, we should be done with the major V JUMP reveals as only standalones are left.
Yuck, I another waifu Deck. If it was mixed gender, I’d be interested, but if people are Genuinely attracted to their cards, something is off here.. losing focus.
I miss a lot monster cards that have monsters
Ironic since Rush Duels (early on) revealed a pretty cool looking Dinosaur Monster, but no one paid attention to it (just if there’s a Waifu on the card, it’ll get people’s attention)

Yet basically nobody complains whenever they make a hot male only deck, the hypocrisy is obnoxious. Also being a cute girl character doesn’t make something a “waifu” considering standard anime styles in general tend to make all characters attractive unless they are a rando badguy. Making forced fake narratives for alternative motives is lame yo.
Why when you see cute Anime girls first thing you think about is se-ual stuff? What’s wrong with you and why are you projecting it at everyone around you? The issue is in your head, weirdo.

An aesthetically nice would-be archtype wasted in rush duels.
