Effect: While this card is face-up in the Field Zone, face-up monsters (Beast-Warrior-Type, Fiend-Type, Machine-Type) on both fields gain 300 ATK, while face-up monsters (Dragon-Type, Spellcaster-Type, Fairy-Type) lose 300 ATK.
Note: 世紀末 (Seikimatsu) means literally “End of the Century”, but the way it’s being used in context here is that 世紀末 is often used to refer to Post-Apocalyptic/Cyberpunk series. Think things like “Fallout”, “Mad Max”, “Fist of the North Star”, “Akira”, “Shadowrun” and “Shin Megami Tensei”‘s mainline games. These all fall roughly within the genre, and the title comes from expectations the world as humanity knew it would end at the end of the century.

Effect: Choose 2 monsters (Dragon-Type) in your Graveyard, add them to your hand. During this turn, you cannot attack directly, and monsters (Level 6 or lower) cannot attack.
