The Limit Regulations for Rush Duel will be announced December 23rd, 2023.
The OCG List is usually announced a week afterwards.

Even rush duel release ban list, I feel like yugioh will be imbalance and no one will play.
Funny that you mention it, but Rush’s Banlist has already been around for 1 and a half years.
And yet, sometimes you simply forget that it exists since they don’t usually touch many Decks or Cards in general: they just touch a couple of cards and that’s it (extreme cases required touching more cards)
Well, most of rush duel ban list is a free list
In third list in the game 2 cards go 1 to 2
