Honestly. I am amused by the existence of Phoenix Dragoon in a pack focused on Blue-Eyes, but it has a degraded effect compared to Phoenix Dragon (Phoenix Dragoon seems like a card that should have come out in Megaroad Pack 2)
While Phoenix Dragoon’s Effect helps Level 8 Dragon Decks. OG Phoenix Dragon is too good a card for Dragon Decks even to this day.
You get much needed draw power in the Deck and unlike Phoenix Dragon, this monster isn’t tied to Type so you can use this in any number of Level 8 strategies.
P.dragoon is nice because work in monarch, 1k defense

I have no idea, but have a ytuber called VentusAce, he speak english and make rush products unboxing, so, ask for him
I wouldnt trust ventusace as a resource for rush duel or sourcing products for it, he’s barely able to get them for himself as it is. Try ebay if you want the deck. There’s plenty of sellers on there that can sell the deck to you if you type in the specific product name (ebay doesn’t always seem to like showing foreign results first try) or alternatively, find a japanese seller on there that’s able to buy you the deck when it comes out as a private listing. That’s what i do.
