Why is seahorse EARTH anyway?
Because Tatsunootoshigo was for some arbitrary 1999 reason.
Because the original was earth
The original is exactly what I was asking about. I hope the tcg finally imports him, the best meme.
The Goblin is a retrain of Goblin Calligrapher
I wonder if this means every DBP from now on will have at least one nostalgia archetype. WISU had vanilla dinos and Hungry Burger, and this has some old vanillas too.
Nah, Konami is just dying in terms of designing the new archetype with cool design. So they tried their best, even digging up a vanilla card as a reference for the new theme. Just like Vanquish Soul from WISU, the effect is decent, but the art is all garbage (at least in my opinion).
You know what’s far better than the industry trend of bland overly detailed art? The legendary rare Eve sighting!
Butthurt VS Player detected.
Tri-Horned Dragon retrain lets Goooooooooooo!
So basically Memento Bone Back just says F*ck you to Bystials ngl its a pretty good effect
Could you guys please not upload webp files? They don’t show up on mobile, at least on ios
Our computers insist the files are .Webps, blame Google for propagating the format.
would love to see those extra deck monsters netherskull is refering his shuffling targets
Wow this archetype is a Big pile of crap
?? not even close. it certainly doesn’t seem crazy good but it still seems pretty solid. I think it could be ok. Just by looking at it there is a 1 card to the big guy which only gets better cause u start w/ 5 cards so u can supplement it w/ more. Definitely not bad by any means. it’s midrange so it may seem weak at first but in practice i could see this being rly solid
Oh?
What makes it crap?
I’m noticing a bit of leading text here. “Deck OR EXTRA DECK”, “level 2 or lower”, etc. Seems there’s definitely at least a level 2 and an extra deck monster they’re holding onto (which, given the spread level distribution and lack of tuner, will either be a link or fusion unless a 2 or 4 tuner is revealed).
Yeah they might give them a Link just because that’s what every deck ends up getting nowadays to become stronger, but they care about level so it’d be as unlikely as an xyz. Between a fusion and a synchro instead, I’d bet on the former just because the latter wouldn’t fit the nostalgia effect of the theme, but I’d like to give you a deeper hypothesis. Like always, there’s still one last card missing but, considering its positioning and all the monsters being in descending order of level, it’ll either be another level 3 or 5 monster or, as you said, a level 4 one. Therefore, I searched for every level 2 vanilla having a fusion with such a monster and no relation with any other theme, and here’s what I found: Hinotama Soul and Monster Egg fuse into Charubin the Fire Knight, Wings of Wicked Flame and Tyhone fuse into Mavelus, Mega Thunderball and Ocubeam fuse into Kaminari Attack. However, considering that the only card here to mention the ED is a made-up monster itself, they might as well make a made-up fusion, or a made-up synchro and randomly turn an old vanilla into a tuner.
Why not zombie?😢
I NEED A REMAKE OF MEDA BAT
So is the boss monster a Memento or not? The article seems to have been edited to change its name, but there’s no clarification.
The boss monster is “Mementolal”, which has “Memento” still in there, so yes, he is a Memento monster.
If part of the word is within another word, it counts as being part of the archetype. As ‘Memento’ is part of ‘Mementolal’ it is a ‘Memento’ card.
Does this mean red-eyes zombie deagon has a bew competitor for the zombie world?
I cant understand cause it not zombie
