You can activate this by sending the top card of your Deck to the Graveyard.
If that card is a Dragon-Type monster, you can draw 1 card.

ドロンコボール Doronko Ball (Muddy Ball)

Send all Dragon-Type monsters you control to the Graveyard. Draw (3?) cards.

Note: I’m pretty sure this is a play on Dragon Ball from well, Dragon Ball.

ドラゴン・エンデューロ Dragon Enduro
Normal Trap Card
You can activate this when a Dragon-Type monster you control is destroyed by an effect. Special Summon 1 other Dragon-Type monster from your Graveyard.

Note: Enduro seems to refer to offroad racing if I’m understanding correctly.

You can activate this by sending the top card of your Deck to the Graveyard. During this turn, this card can make attacks on monsters three times. Return it to the Deck during the End Phase.

You can activate by sending 3 cards from your hand to the Graveyard. This card gains 1000 ATK.

Note: This is an update from it being able to just attack three times, seemingly.
