People in Japan can master a test to get the master magician.
The “Summer National General OCG Test” (what this is has not been specified) will be held in late August as part of Konami’s “Yu-Gi-Oh! at Home” project. 1000 applicants will be recieving a Secret Rate Special Blue Version of “Palladium Oracle Mahad”.
