Looks like one of Marik’s Spells is being converted into a Trap Card.

Normal Trap
(1) When an opponent’s monster declares an attack: Target 1 Spell in your opponents GY; Set it to your field.
(2) You can banish this card from your GY, then send to the GY 1 “Monster Reborn” that is in your hand or face-down on your field; Special Summon 1 “The Winged Dragon of Ra” from your GY, ignoring the Summoning conditions (but send it to the GY during the End Phase), then you can send 1 monster your opponent controls to the GY.
