This text change is no longer exclusive to the OCG, no matter how brief it was.
The TCG text of “Catapult Turtle” is now officially confirmed as
“Once per turn: You can Tribute 1 monster; inflict damage to your opponent equal to half the Tributed monster’s ATK on the field.”
It is unknown when “Catapult Turtle” will receive a reprint to reflect this change.
