Besides the introduction of the Vagrant, Konami is now selling Mats and Sleeves of Alexis, Aqua Dolphin and the WCS 2018 Logo.
Konami is also doing randomly spawning Magical Hats that have items such as Gems, Tickets, and Orbs. They spawn once every 1 to 5 Days
However, Konami has only provided a notification about finding it on the Smartphone version of the game for some vague reason.
Konami over the current week will be handed 640 Gems.
