【REQUIREMENT】 Send 1 non-Legend Warrior or Fairy monster or 1 “Fusion” from the hand to the Graveyard.
【EFFECT】 Draw 2 cards. After this effect’s activation, you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck, except Celestial Warrior monsters and you cannot attack with Level 8 or lower monsters, until the end of the turn.

Note: 宿願 means a long-held desire or ambition or goal that is either a life long dream or a familial multi-generational ambition. Here it’s most likely being used in the sense of obtaining or reaching a “Holy Grail” like object. Maybe At Journey’s End if you want to be *real* cute.
