Okay, that last part is a bit ridiculous. I understand Konami wants to make getting 3k lp difficult, but what are the chances of the opponent have three level tens on their field? Might as well not add the 3k lp gain in the first place.
Fun fact: That last Effect is actually a reference to the Anime since Cosmic Sucker is an Anime card (used by Yudias)
In fact, compared to its Anime version, Cosmic Sucker is now much more useful and playable card (but it’s become Rush’s Monarch support now)
This is an anime card Yudias used in his final duel against Otes.
Yudias both drew Diskarma Ritual and gained enough LP to survive from Chaos of OuTerverSe, which inflicted 3000 burn to him.
The anime thought a free draw card was excessive so they locked the draw behind gaining a lot of LP at once. In real life you gain a modest LP amount and automatically draw 1 if you didn’t draw during the Main Phase that turn. The bonus effect is the anime effect, unattached to the draw.
I’d say pretty high, because all three parts of a Maximum Monster can count

it in fact cannot activate on Maximum Monsters. all 3 cards are treated as one single monster.
Like many galaxy types that aren’t obvious in their theming i’m gonna wake up in the middle of the night in a sweat figuring out what the space vampire is supposed to be

I mean… there is a Vampire Sucker in the OCG/TCG (so it’s not that rare)
