Okay, I don’t know much about Heroes (I just don’t care about the deck), but do you normally play the Neo-Spacians as well as E-Heroes? And, what are you searching with the stipulation “Elemental HERO” monster’s card name”?
You can search Neos Fusion (your best target, maybe) or other Neos support cards.
if i remember correctly there was a trap that is a counter trap not in archetype but mention elemental hero ( a lot actually have that treatment) so they can play those for exemple

The same targets as Spirit of Neos except this is much easier to use.

You can search for spells like Neos Fusion, over fusion and many other Neos specific cards
not normally, but it could be good for a one off deck where you play into cosmo neos to stop your opponent from playing their turn.
infernal devicer gets you 2 neo spacians, and cross cruasder can search for this card I assume, than this card can put the third neo spacian in the gy so youc can use favorite contact. At the end of the day thats just 3 extra neo spacians in your deck plus this card, and this card is decent to search for other cards other folks have listed such as neos fusion which would send neos to the gy to further help the cosmo combo.

I’m curious what can be done with that second effect. It’s clearly meant to support all these janky, old spells and traps that need specific E-Hero on the field, but with maybe exception of Bubble Illusion, they are pretty bad.

I suppose Bubble Shuffle is decent, too – Quick Play Creature Swap, but you choose opponent’s monster and you must give them Bubbleman.

This is really good and it will only age better in time with more specific E-Hero Spells/Traps getting released. Also, so love to see the rest of Judai’s mini helpers retrained (Blocker, Trooper, Striker, Breaker, etc.),

Ejector as a follow up to Geh is whole magnitudes of disappointing.
Card Ejector is wearing a Hero Medal. Guess she’s been accepted as an Elemental HERO. Good for her.
Nice catch. I’ll never understand why Hero Medal was not used in place of Dummy Marker. I’m just learning Dummy Marker had a second effect after 18 years.
