The KONAMI Judge Portal will serve as a resource for KONAMI Judges: Hosting Level 1 tests; judge registration; an online KONAMI Judge List; news and other information in one convenient place.
In order to remain a Registered KONAMI Judge, you will need to create an account on the KONAMI JUdge Portal. This account needs to be created by Monday, November 10th, 2025 — after this date, your current KONAMI Judge Program registration information will be deleted. You will have to re-take the RC-1 and register again in order to join.

Oh it’s a registration thing, from the title it sounded like somewhere that would host rulings but I guess the tcg isn’t that advanced yet
