Let’s put the tin reprints to use!

Strategic Summary:
Welcome back for another Creative Deck Profile, and this time we’re merging Akiza’s Rose Plants with the Plant/Insect/Reptile hybrid archetype of the Ragnaraika! These themes may appear to have conflicting restrictions at first, but dig a little deeper and the connecting vines may just start to bloom. You see, the Ragnaraika theme is great at churning out material for Link Summons, making big tall threats like the Link-5 Ragnaraika Stag Sovereign or the Link-3 Ragnaraika Mantis Monk, each offering solid disruption going into the opponent’s turn. But you don’t have to stick to Link Summoning – since this theme puts out a dependable stream of monsters, you can instead elect to repurpose them into Synchro Material with your various Plant Tuners!
Speaking of Plant Tuners, next I want to re-introduce the Rose support, now that we have their official TCG names! Vengeful Witch is up first, able to Special Summon itself from the hand then Special Summon any Plant with less than 1500 DEF from the deck when you control a Synchro. This unlocks access to plenty of things, such as a Ragnaraika the Evil Seed you were unable to draw into, but more importantly, it provides solid access to your copy of Twilight Rose Black Knight to make a second Synchro Summon quite easily. Combine this with Cyclos the Circular Sprite and Fairyant the Circular Sorcerer, and you have plenty of Tuner + Non-Tuner combinations to summon everything from Bramble Rose Dragon to Rage Rose Witch.
Above all else, the best part of this hybrid is its ability to recycle its banished Plant Synchros back to the deck with Ragnaraika Wisteria of Woe. This is essential to the Rose gameplan, as otherwise your Extra Deck will have to be chalk full of duplicate copies of Bramble or Lyocris Lilyreaper for minimal benefit. Combine that with the big threat of a Battlewasp – Grand Partisan the Revolution descending on the board, and this combination may just start looking nicer and nicer. Plus, who wouldn’t want to replenish their hand for the next turn each End Phase with Ragnaraika Wicked Butterfly?
