As a reminder, the 2nd Stage of the Synchro Cup is now live, running until August 18th (time zones applying)

-Theme Chronicle
The Theme Chronicle event has been announced for August 18th (time zones applying) for Master Duel. For this event, the Forbidden & Limited List will promote the Decks from the Solo Mode scenarios. You can earn medals by playing Duels and you can obtain the following rewards according to the number of medals you have:
50 to 5500 medal threshold: a total of 950 gems
6000 to 10000 medal threshold: a total of 20 Legacy Pack tickets

Additionally, at the following thresholds, you can get these rewards:
At the 3500 medal threshold, you can obtain an R-Genex Turing Mate’s Base

“Protectors depicting a world where an epic saga took place. For those with great fondness for Terminal World”

At the 11000 medal threshold, you can obtain a Bushido Title

“A Title given to Duelists who achieved results in a chosen narrative with the power of various cards. The stories spun through battle with leave something that will resonate with many Duelists.”

For example, “Jurrac Megalo” being destroyed lets you send “Jurrac Astero” from your Extra Deck to the Graveyard, setting you up to annihilate the field with “Jurrac Meteor” anytime. Rain down this meteoric force to render your opponent’s plans futile.”

This Deck is able to play many monsters easily, enabling you to bring out formidable Synchro Monsters. You can improve your hand with “Shien’s Smoke Signal” and “Reinforcement of the Army”, after which you should rapidly deploy and Synchro Summon. You will be able to negate monster effects with your ace, “Legendary Lord Six Samurai – Shi En”, and Spell/Trap Card effects with “Legendary Six Samurai – Shi En”. Getting both of them on your field makes you specially hard to beat. If you manage to activate “Gateway of the Six”, various Bushido Counter-based strategies become possible. Try to make the situation insurmountable for your opponent early on by adding it to your hand with the effect of a card like “Battle Shogun of the Six Samurai.”

Once the initial pieces are in place, use an effect like that of “Blackbeard, the Plunder Patroll Captain” to Special Summon from your Extra Deck and execute your game plan.”
