(1) Discard 1 card and reveal 1 Fusion Monster in your Extra Deck; you cannot Special Summon from the Extra Deck for the rest of this turn after this card resolves, except Fusion Monsters, also add 1 of the Fusion Materials whose name is mentioned on the revealed monster from your Deck or GY to your hand, except the discarded card, then, if you added a Normal Monster, you can add a second such monster.

I think this may go further than that. If I am correct. there is a super deck slowly forming. A 40 card pile that uses all these generic tools we are seeing.

It’s nice that it can add from the GY, but the fact that you rarely if at all want Skull Servant in your hand means it probably won’t see play in Wight decks.
I mean seems ok like if you have prince in grave it gets you an extra servant to send though I don’t think getting the three vanillas is really an issue with the deck at the minute
The artwork a tongue in cheek reference to Skull servant fusions. “Flame Ghost” (Skull Servant + Dissolverock) and “Zombie Warrior” (Skull Servant + Battle Warrior). I’m hoping this means we’ll get retains of those monster and have some cool Skull Servant Fusion!
Its amazing that after decades they still pull the most random and forgettable cards to portrait them as random interpretation for new card effects.

I want new Skull Servant fusions. “Wight Conspiracy” and “Wight Collusion”.
It’s not just referencing the Skull Servant Fusions, The other 2 monsters, Monster Egg and Hinotama Soul, can be fused into Charubin the Fire Knight.
And it’s also referencing the Forbidden Memories video game, where you could fusion-climb everyone except Skull Servant into Vermillion Sparrow (either of the warrior + either flame creature into Charubin, Charubin + the other warrior into Flame Swordsman, Flame Swordsman + the other fire creature into Vermillion Sparrow). That’s also why Skull Servant looks so panicked: he knows the other 4 creatures together can make something stronger that his currently available fusions (in the game, you can still only make Flame Ghost (which is weirdly not treated as a fire creature for fusions) and Zombie Warrior from these guys, you need a plant or dragon to fusion climb further).

Not sure how useful this card will be in practice considering nearly every Deck with named materials has ample ways to search into their materials or summon/fuse materials from Deck
You’re not really considering this card with a broad enough scope, beyond Decks that are meta or rogue.
This card is something I wish existed a long time ago. But I am ecstatic it exists now.

Alas, don’t think it’ll work for the Neos+Neo-Spacian Fusions, even if you add Neos first.

The main issue is that it’s asking for a discard when cards like Conscription and Deployment can already grab named fusion materials from deck. Its main usage would hence be on a deck like Dark Magician where you can grab both materials for Dragoon and setup the gy, but the Fusion lock makes it even less appealing.
So basically you just play this if you’re really into vanilla fusions
This is not really a competitive card, or even something that will see play in serious rogue strats. But it’s a nice consistency boost for the weird group of people that want to see how far they can push things like Vanilla E-Heores, Super Roboyarou/Robolady or first wave of Gemknight fusions… or Ojamas, tho Ojamas have already half a dozen of different consistency tools so lol.

The discard makes this so ass, you should plus for playing normals, not go card neutral…
Here’s the thing I think this is for a new skull servant fusion between the art and the discard could be very helpful.
Depending on the verdict if this grabs 2 of the same normal monster or not, this could be a bad 3 card combo to summon Dark Dragoon.
This can add DM and/or Red Eyes. Just need a discard + poly in hand.
If they ever print captain lock from ark v this card will be the goat xd
Going by the card text I think you can also search any name of a monster that is written on the card in general not just the fusion material for the summon of said fusion monster. Granted how often that comes up I don’t know.
This goes great in like a primite build using dragoon. Or magnet warriors. Ashened to add veidros. Or the sacred beast by showing chaos phantasms. Artmage diactorus to get medius. Any invoker. Albas fusions to get fallen of albas or blazing cartiza.
Fusion Conscription already exists
I still want a main deck version of Zombie Warrior and all the other monsters that weren’t fusions in the manga and vice versa.

reveal Labyrinth Tank, search Gigatech wolf and Cannon Soldier.
This card is either better or worse then Fusion Conscription depending on what deck your playing.

What does it mean by “second such monster”? Does it mean a second Normal Monster, a second Fusion Material named on the revealed Fusion Monster, or a second copy of the card you just added?
the sentence is talking about normal monsters, so you get one more of them. it’s either 1 effect monster or 1 to two normal monsters
