      Since this set supports so many EARTH themes and introduced a powerful standalone in Sworn Supporter, who can revive it, Mormolith makes a lot of sense to be printed in here.

      The effect is very powerful for Rush standards as Rush bosses can reach astronomically high ATK, and DEF caps out to 3000 for most monsters (exceptions are 3+ material Fusions culminating in Trinity Dragiastar, BEUD, and FHD.

      A handful of EARTH themes have protection from this effect. Most notably, Ancient Gear Gadjiltron Baena, Valkyrion the Magna Wings and the Wyrm equipped with Destructor Shutter if you also control a face up Field Spell, protect themselves from being destroyed by your card effects.

      Do note however destruction immunity from an opponent’s card effects is becoming a lot more common, so Mormolith may not necessarily hit what it needs to. Mormolith is also vulnerable to any disruption.

        problem is, its a Legend card. Which means its less likely to be played as there are likely better cards to be used
