So far these cards don’t seem to do much aside from minimizing your opponent’s access to their combo pieces in the GY, and only on your turn.
I guess it is cute you can reuse this effect if you somehow have Wanko in your hand, but this doesn’t do much right now. They need high Tribute monsters and/or interruption that shuffles their GY pieces during their turn.

Well, this explains why we had other Cards that mentioned “Lightning Bringer Spirit” in the GY.
Although, for a Staple Monster of sorts, it’s kind of meh.
That said, it seems like we’re putting pieces together to form that EARTH Thunder Deck centered around Lightning Bringer Spirit.
