(2) During your Main Phase: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from a monster you control, then you can Special Summon 1 Level 3 or 4 WATER monster from your hand or GY, but its effects are negated, also if it is used for the Xyz Summon of a WATER monster this turn, it can be treated as a Level 5 monster.
Note: Ljod (лёд) is Russian for Ice.

Feels like a card designed mostly for Duel Links with the Zexal World probably doing a Merag/Nasch event in the coming months.

In the past packs, they were targeting to make new support for the barians. The pack has dark themes so, they might do it. Umbral horror needs new support tbh
If I had to guess what the Vjmp promo for September is going to be I’m going to guess Blue-Eyes support since the structure deck comes out next month. I hope we get Critias
as an actual monster.
The past few promos have been anime adjacent cards that support a recently released theme. If the pattern holds the next one should support an anime theme from Rage of the Abyss or AC2024. It wouldn’t be Blue-Eyes as that SD won’t come out for a few months.

I meant the V-JUMP promo won’t be a Blue-Eyes card until the SD gets released next month.

Wow, I was expecting it to be somewhat generic Water support so that Shark could also use it since he and Rio are twins and whatnot. But this genuinely feels like it was made exclusively for a Shark deck since Rio doesn’t have her own one-card starter that can make Zerofyne on the first turn to activate this card’s effect.
You can use any water xyz to summon it then use its effect, so you can go into Ragnazero first, if you want to stick with Rio.dek. Blizzard Thunderbird is a starter but requires some setup.

What pack has dark themes?
Basically just like Galaxy War Drake it isn’t clear if this is supposed to be supporting Shark or Rio like when we weren’t sure if War Drake was for Kaito or Mizael. Would have been nice to get a wave of Rio support instead of one single card.
A pretty good extender for the Rio deck. All she needs now is a couple more extenders, some starters, combo pieces, an archetype and the kitchen sink
