Note: The Kanji here means Knight Emperor. The name is probably based on Primus Pilus, the most senior Centurion.

Neato. I kind of like that this deck is just about making a big indestructible wall. Just need to find a way to give them targeting protection and I can now bore my opponents to death
What exactly was the point of banning barrone and savage if we’re just going to slap negates on our regular extenders and combo pieces? Holy crap this is broken

@Joeyshire Read the card more closely it’s only a monster negate for starters, and it only works on things that are CL2 or higher. Much more restricted than baronne or savage which could be activated at any chain link, in response to any card.

Trudea is a DARK Pyro too doubt you can mix those two though
Even though Ashened will be brought over into the OCG in September, it doesn’t really combine well with this package due to their Pyro locks and Fusion engine.
@N this is generically a lv4 dark pyro monster negate since it can put itself in s/t. This is a better Ashened card than Spearhead.

Cool cards with fun designs for sure. But at first when I saw Cimelia I thought she was a new Lunalight card… and got little excited, honestly bit disappointed it wasn’t one. xD

According to Master Duel Meta, these cards are decent. Not great, but not terrible either.

If you could cheat out Cimelia then you’ve got instant handtrap protection no matter the deck (outside of weird plays like Imperm/Veiler before trigger effects). No idea if that’s possible outside of Centur-Ion or even worth going for IN Centur-Ion but any deck that doesn’t need a normal summon could potentially run it and 2/3 copies of Bonfire.
I’d need more Centur-Ion experience to know if the other card is worth running when you already have a searcher in Auxila, so I guess I’ll be practicing when they’re added to the sims. The art is nice though and Centur-Ion could do with an in archetype Synchro 8

if your opponent chain’s a monster effect at any point, you can change that monster’s effect to:
“Your opponent places 1 “Centur-Ion” monster from their face-up field or GY face-up in their Spell & Trap Zone as a Continuous Trap”
so instead of whatever effec they were going to use, instead pushes one of your Centur-Ion back into the S/T zone where it can just be moved forward again, usually by its own effect

I think he means the amount of support that each if the archetypes has gotten. The reason for this so-called “glazing” is due to the fact that konami has dropped to just 1 deck build pack per year. This will probably be the last we see of centur-ion for a while as this is the last main set before crossover breakers.
