You can only use the (1)st and (2)nd effects of this card’s name each once per turn.
(1) Activate 1 of these effects.
• Discard 1 WATER monster to the GY, then target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; destroy it.
• Destroy 1 FIRE monster in your hand, then you can draw 1 card.
(2) If only your opponent controls a monster: You can banish this card from the GY, then target 1 Level 7 or 8 WATER or FIRE monster in your GY; Special Summon it.
Note: This card’s name is meant to be similar to High Tide on Fire Island.
Also the Kai references Atlanteans, while the En references Fire Kings.

Because this URL (ygorganization dot com, category , news , ocg-tcg ) is how we browse the news on this website (I’m not putting the actual URL because in the past a comment of mine was withheld by adding a URL) . Why do we not browse from the OCG/TCG news category on the frontpage instead of that URL? Because it doesn’t exist as a counterpart to the Master Duel and Rush Duel sections. Why does it not exist as a Category in the front page? Beats me.
I don’t wanna be annoying about it but if people who own this website are paying you to manage this website and post news, because they want this website to be the best it can be then please do it right. If you volunteer to do this and do it for free then keep going it wrong, none of my bussiness.
Its like a single extra click to select a category before publishing an article and 10 clicks to add the OCG/TCG section on the frontpage.

Remember when Konami used to hate FIRE decks and now that’s all they support? WATER and WIND wish they got this treatment.

I meant as consistent as FIRE. WATER has more support on average but FIRE has been pushed over this past year like nothing before it.
This is very good with sacred garunix or even the tri brigade version.
Lols where’s my monster reborn + draw or discard for winds… All they got was a draw two which most dekcs have a way of doing anyway.
Love this card, eventhough, I would never use it in MD, even in Mermails. I play PvE solo mode there, so don’t really care playing meta decks there, as it is pretty boring to do, it makes solo mode too easy😂.
