This card is good 🙂 just shuffle any card will always be good because it gets around and destruction protection
This is simple yet effective removal. But also worth noting that it’s slightly bit weaker in RD due to how draw and summon mechanics work in this game. Not too much, but fact that opponent actually has pretty valid chance to draw and resummon monster removed by this effect is a thing.
The Effect of this Fusion Monster is intended to be used against Maximum Monsters or Fusion Monsters since it is very difficult to recover them and bring them to the Field again.
Excutie Deck always had problems against these Types of Monsters.

On Excutie Lumiere Frontiere, the Effect is simple, but Effective. The only bad thing is that it can only be activated when Fusion Summon the Monster in that same Turn.
At least, thanks to its Level 6 and 500 DEF, Excutie Scout! and Excutie Lucy can reuse it, returning it to the Extra Deck for use again.

I see this less as being bad and more as being balanced. An effect as simplistically powerful as this one should have some form of limiter on its use and reuse.
It’s hard to say. Last set the Monarch cards were revealed on social media, and the only reveal at OCG Times was God Maju Garzett.
Despite only being able to activate this once, this is a powerful effect.
She has powerful effects, but outside Rush, that’s irrelevant🤷🏻, but who am I kidding, this is kindergarten YGO.
