    Continuous Spell Card
    You can only use the (2)nd effect of this card’s name once per turn.
    (1) Once per turn, when a monster(s) is destroyed by battle involving your FIRE Dragon monster: You can target 1 of those destroyed monsters; Special Summon it to your field in Defense Position.
    (2) During your opponent’s End Phase: You can pay 1000 LP, then target 1 “Sangen” Spell/Trap in your GY; Set it, but banish it when it leaves the field.

    Note: The Kanji 封炉 here means literally Sealed Furnace (likely a reference in Chinese to Freezing a Nuclear Reactor by flooding it with boric acid) but is a homonym play on 副露 a term in Mahjong to declare a kong or to call a discarded tile to complete a meld.

      For something competitive, this can be completely ignored and the 1st effect isn’t going to trigger much if you use Genroku or Bident’s effect meaning if you’re Dragon locked then your opponent better have a Dragon you can summon back and the 2nd effect is meaningless. Sure Sangen Summoning is at 1 in the OCG, but you’re not trying to play a grind game with Tenpai.

        This card is bad. No way they get hitted for this card to see play. It practically killed the deck

      So now you can just reset the trap over and over again until you get the killshot. Not competitively viable, but obnoxious as hell nonetheless.

        And you have to pay 1,000 LP for setting the sangen spell/trap from the GY, as well. Not really sure it works on Duel Links, though. Since in DL, you only have 4,000 LP, half [of Life Points] you got in either Master Duel or Rush Duels.

        In Duel Links, 1,000 LP is pretty big cost, (if you do it, in DL, for example, you only have 3,000 LP left), so it might not even see much play, even in Duel Links, where the card deck size is 20-30. Played Duel links, before. So, I know what I am talking about lol.

        It’s hilarious that Chaos Max dude complaining on here. It reminds me of a TCG guy, like Wxeiss, (a TCG player, he complaining in Master Duel Meta before, he was scolded, by fellow MD players, if you play DL, you would see him complaining lol). Might thinking of returning to both DL and MD lol, probadly getting discord, for Master Duel Meta or something.

      This card isn’t exactly needed for Tenpai’s game plan. Well. It only took three sets for Konami to release a mediocre card for them.

      It does not really seemed to be a good strategy for tenpai players right now. Maybe, eventually, in the long term, they will have to use this [continuous spell card] but right now? Not really.

      The [continuous spell] card is only good if it is during mirror match ups, as it is only steals dragon monsters ONLY! Otherwise, no, it is not good. I mean, even with dragon only ED monsters, it is hard to see use it, but oh well…
