I guess, Synchro decks can still abuse him. That’s probadly the few ways to abuse him, besides as fusion and link fodder for Five Headed Dragon and Five Headed Link Dragon.
Is it limit 1 again? Since I heared Tempest is still limited too, right? You can’t run all of the Dragon Rulers together, but they can be run saperately, mostly because they are limited by Konami. I guess because they want players to stop playing Dragon Rulers.
Redox great at Lightsworn engine decks, Tempest in wind decks, Blaster in fire decks, and the aforementioned Tidal in water decks. Seems like they are still abuseable, just not in the same decks anymore.
