    It’s confirmed “Emerald Dragon” (i.e. “Luster Dragon #2” in the TCG) will be this year’s Jump Victory Carnival.

    Whether or not it will be a Legend or something else has not been confirmed.

      On paper Luster Dragon #2 should be a Legend. A 1-Tribute 2400 ATK monster in a game where Red-Eyes, Vanity’s Fiend, and Jinzo are also Legends.
      But as we saw with Beta, a vanilla who broke Level 4 conventions while also being part of a supported theme, anything could happen.
      The game might be at the point where this can be played at 3.

        Red-Eyes is justified as a legend due to support. Galactica Oblivion is a 2500/2500 level 7. On paper, it shouldn’t be a legend, and honestly? It could have been in the game since the Yuga/Luke starter decks.
