[EFFECT] Choose 1 Cyberse monster in your GY and Special Summon it to your field face-up, then, you can choose 1 Level 7 or 8 monster in your hand and send it to the GY, then, inflict 200 damage x [The Level of the monster sent to the GY by this effect].

Much easier requirement than before but you can no longer Special Summon from the hand. Burn effect has been adjusted so you can use this card in a wider variety of Decks but the potential burn damage is much lower than before.
Couple of buffs from the anime
It no longer can only activate if you have no monsters
Any monster can be destroyed to activate this card
You now only send level 7 or 8 monsters from the hand to the GY to burn
And you can no longer special summon from the hand using this card
