(2) If a face-up Illusion monster(s) you control leaves the field by an opponent’s card effect while this card is in your GY: You can banish this card; Special Summon 1 Illusion monster from your hand or GY.

Not as mirror forcey as I would have thought
Honestly. would’ve been cooler if they switched the effect order (bounce first, summon after) and made the summon optional.
…But I guess it would make Storming a lesser card in the process.

Genwaku? Guessing there is a nod to Waboku there.
Nope, 幻惑 (Genwaku) means something close to “bewitchment” (the Kanji are “illusion” and “beguile”). 和睦 (Waboku) means “peace”. They don’t share any Kanji characters and the full names of the cards in Japanese aren’t in a similar format either.
From this and the Zoma retrain, as well as the themed/archetypal Traps, it seems we don’t have too many generic Traps in this set. The card is pretty underwhelming.
